Moses McCutcheon, Jr., Ed.D.. developed School To Success in 2001 in response to the need for "Career Guidance Training' for students (youth and adults). He is the Founder/CEO of the School To Success Training System for parents, schools, organizations, and businesses, Founder/CEO of McCutcheon Research Global, and creator of the School-To-Success Academy Courses Online. He has a rich background and wealth of experience as a professor, author, trainer, speaker, educator, and business/career advisor. He is a retired military officer, and pioneer in the fields of education, and technical education.. He specializes in career guidance, and strategic management with emphasis on life purpose—partnering with parents, school counselors, teachers, consultants and entrepreneurs for students success. Dr. McCutcheon earned/holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Administration from Pepperdine University with emphasis on life purpose/self-discovery as it relates to work, a Bachelor Degree in Business with emphasis on Entrepreneurship from Virginia State University and an Associate Degree in General Education from Fayetteville State University. He has over 10-years of experience as a University Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management, Business Policies, and Strategies at Webster University, Los Angeles Air Force base campus, and teaches undergraduate and graduate students using real-life case studies. Moses is the author of the book “Planning Today for Success Tomorrow-Helping Students Choose Their College or Trade School Major and Career” and the School-To-Success Series which include the School-To-Success Total Education Training System for K-12 students and family, and more than 17 custom-made life and career guidance training manuals/workbooks for youth and adults. Moses conducts ongoing real-life case study research in the areas of community development, business, education, and career issues and has successfully completed a 10-year in-house case study of Bethel Los Angeles Community Development Corporation with a 7 Year case study of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) Winter Shelter program for the homeless. The results of these case studies were used to acquire and/or develop programs and services that respond to the needs of the community. He does community work as Executive Director for Bethel Los Angeles Community Development Corporation and is a member of the American Seminar Leaders Association (ASLA), Bethel A.M.E. Church Los Angeles Board of Trustees, American School Counseling Association (ASCA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Power of Purpose Inner Circle Mastermind, a number of Internet coaching forums and is a Founding Member of the United States Army Historical Foundation National Museum. Over the years and throughout his Military Career, Dr. McCutcheon has trained more than 6,000 students (youth and adults) in the areas of life, work and career. He builds education, life, work and career guidance training tools, and programs from real-life case study research, and has received numerous awards for his School To Success Work!
